Vendor Application

Vandergrift Oktoberfest seeks vendors of all kinds to participate in our event on September 13, 2025.  We are no longer accepting Food Vendors or Food Trucks.  All Food trucks for 2025 have been booked. 

• Hours for this event are: 1pm-9pm
• Please arrive by 10am for setup (must be setup and able to accept visitors to your booth by 12:00pm.)
• Booth space is 10×10 and there is no electric available.  Vendor spaces are $50.00
• You must have insurance. If you do not, you must purchase the liability insurance for the event.
• Vendor must provide their own tent(s), tables, chairs, and tent weights.
• Vendors must handle all permits and taxes that are applicable by PA and federal law.
